Elara Caring seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support home-based therapy, delivering care per the supervising Physical Therapist's plan. You will work to improve mobility and independence for patients in their own homes, while coordinating progress with the PT and caregivers.

Responsibilities include educating patients on home programs, ensuring safe use of assistive devices, and maintaining high clinical standards as you travel between patient homes as needed.
