FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapy Assistant for home health in the Los Gatos area. This Independent Contractor role supports patients of all ages, following the plan of care and coordinating with the health care team.

The PTA provides interventions, monitors progress, and helps patients regain function. The ideal candidate holds an active PTA license, completes an approved PTA curriculum, and can work with diverse ages.

Qualificações

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license and registration as required by the state.
• Completion of PTA curriculum approved by the APTA or CMA-related bodies.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide services defined by state PTA laws in line with the plan of care.
• Assist patients to improve function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic activities.
