Job summary

FeldCare Connects in Los Angeles is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver premier home health care to adults of all ages. This Independent Contractor position serves the Los Angeles area specifically and offers flexible scheduling.

The PTA will assess patient needs, develop and execute treatment plans, monitor progress, and communicate clearly with patients and the supervising PT, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications
