Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsabilités

• Follow state-specific laws governing provision of physical therapy in home care under supervising PT.
• Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, and prosthetic training.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment to supervising PT and healthcare team.
• Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and others in therapy within PTA scope.
