Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a part-time day schedule in home health. You will help patients maintain and improve movement in the comfort of their home, with flexible scheduling and supportive team resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program graduate.
• At least 1 year of PT experience for home health; mentoring if less than 1 year.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days, adjust interventions and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
