• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and gait assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and caregivers on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Accurately document observations and interventions in EMR.
