Amedisys Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN Days) to provide therapy in patients' homes under the supervision of a PT. This role supports healing in the comfort of the patient’s home and offers flexibility in schedule.

Eligible candidates have a PTA license in the assigned state, CAPTE-accredited education, and CPR certification. PRN days provide meaningful work with home-based patients and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a PTA in the assigned state.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program per CAPTE.
• One year PTA experience in home health or readiness to be mentored.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision and per plan of care.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses to treatment.
• Promote wellness and prevention planning for patients.
