Job summary

A leading home health services provider is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team. In this PRN position, you will support physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and providing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery at home. Candidates should have an Associate's degree and state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior experience in home health is preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling is offered, making it an excellent addition to a full-time job.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Must have current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Prior experience in home health is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting assessments of patients' physical conditions under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the physical therapist.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and mobility aids.
