Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in physical therapy.

• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and plan of care under supervising PT; perform only allowed procedures.
• Instructs patients in active/passive exercise, gait, ADL, and mobility.
• Records patient responses and coordinates with the health care team.
• Educates patient, family, caregiver, and others in therapy scope.
• Adapts care to diverse home environments and patient needs.
