Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure required; CPR certification may be obtained upon hire.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy, home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team and family members.
• Document services provided for proper billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in direct patient care.
