Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Denver, CO. This position offers the opportunity for patient-centered, 1:1 care in a supportive environment with a schedule of full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

You will have the chance to impact patients positively while enjoying benefits such as medical insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a generous PTO policy. A sign-on bonus of $7500 is also available for new hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in community/hospice.
• Valid state license and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatments based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Communicate with treatment team, patients, and family members.
• Document services to ensure proper billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
