Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is searching for a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist in Batesville, AR. This full-time role includes responsibilities such as evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, and supervising assistants. Ideal candidates are CAPTE graduates with current licensing and at least 2 years of experience in adult physical therapy. Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy, home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides.
