Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapist Education program.
• Current licensure in the state required.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team and family members.
• Document services provided for billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
