Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care in Hot Springs, AR. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule (M-F, 8a-5p) with a $10k sign-on for external candidates and comprehensive home health care support.

You will evaluate and treat patients, set goals, coordinate with families and physicians, and ensure proper documentation for billing.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist education program.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in State of Arkansas; CPR certification required or to be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Set measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain clear communication with treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Document services thoroughly for accurate billing.
• Supervise PTAs and PT Aides in direct patient care.
