Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Customer Service experience on phones.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient assessments, Oasis visits and clinical visits.
• Schedules clinicians efficiently across geography and care needs.
• Coordinates communication between patients, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
• Receives and manages scheduling calls from patients and field staff.
• References clinical and performance issues to the clinical manager as needed.
• Maintains timely reporting and supports transfer of patients between centers.
