Qualifications

• 1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient assessment visits, Oasis visits, and clinician appointments to optimize geography and efficiency.
• Acts as liaison between patients, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff to ensure timely communication and care coordination.
• Manages scheduling-related calls and refers issues to the clinical manager as needed.
• Monitors patient status and coordinates with care centers for timely follow-up and transfers as required.
• Produces reports and supports workflow with appropriate actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
