You will ensure timely Oasis visits, optimize geography-based scheduling, and maintain smooth communication among patients, clinicians, and care teams.

The position emphasizes problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with focus on reliable workflows and high-quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• One year of administrative experience in a health care environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Schedules patient assessment visits, Oasis visits, and clinician appointments to fit care center needs.
• Assigns clinicians to visits across geography to maximize efficiency and coverage.
• Gathers and routes scheduling concerns from patients and field staff to the clinical manager.
• Tracks visits and follows up to ensure visits are completed as ordered.
• Communicates with patients, clinicians, and referral sources to coordinate care.
• Generates reports and acts on workflow signals to keep operations smooth.
• Supports transfer of patients between care centers when needed.
