Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patient’s daily living/work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs.
• Confer with physician and care team to develop or revise the Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic treatment to improve strength, ROM and function per physician orders.
• Document care observations and progress in the patient chart daily.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning; supervise OT staff and aides as needed.
• Design community reintegration activities and adapt equipment to improve participation.
