Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Sealy, Texas. You will partner with patients to restore mobility, promote independence, and improve quality of life in their own homes.

Your role includes evaluating conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, teaching self-care techniques, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You will deliver hands-on therapies and monitor progress, adjusting care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse patient personalities
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
