Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Magnolia, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long‑term wellness.

Qualifications

• Texas license for Occupational Therapy (active)
• Professional liability insurance in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapies

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
