PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Pearland, TX. You will partner with patients to restore independence and improve quality of life in their homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, designing treatment plans, and educating families. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and ongoing progress monitoring for optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
