Job summary

PARS Therapy in Central Houston, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey to regain independence and improve quality of life in their own homes.

You will evaluate conditions, create treatment plans, implement therapies to improve daily living and motor skills, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance required.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
