Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Manvel, TX. You will help patients regain independence and improve quality of life in their own homes, focusing on mobility, functional abilities, and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on recovery techniques to support independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

Education

Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
