Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Sugar Land, TX. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

You will assess, treat, and educate patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, prevention, and promoting long-term wellness in a home

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license (required).
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (required).
• Previous home health or rehab setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
