Job summary

PARS Therapy in Pasadena, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will provide skilled OT services in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life while promoting Medicare-covered care.

You will evaluate conditions, design individualized plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and monitor progress to adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques to support independence.
