PARS Therapy in Georgetown, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life at home.

In this role you will evaluate conditions, create individualized plans, teach techniques for daily living, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
