Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Euless, TX. You will partner with patients to regain independence and improve quality of life in their homes, delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each individual's needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license
• Professional liability insurance for Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on recovery techniques
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
