Job summary

Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our home health clinical field team in Georgia. The OT will conduct one-on-one patient care and family teaching in patients’ homes under the Plan of Care to maximize safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current OT license in GA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one patient care in the home setting and teach patients and families.
• Implement therapeutic interventions per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence at home.
