Job summary

Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our clinical home-health field team in Georgia, delivering one-on-one in-home therapy and patient/family teaching in the home setting.

The OT will work with patients in their residences, implementing the Plan of Care to promote safety and independence, with required state OT license, CPR, and reliable transportation; benefits include medical, dental, 401k, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and an employee referral program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Overview

As a home health Occupational Therapist (OTR) PRN, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize your functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program
