Job summary

Stride Therapy Solutions Inc. is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists to provide home health services in the Greater Atlanta area. The role offers the ability to set and manage your own schedule with full caseload potential and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, implementing OT plans, documentation, home safety evaluations, and caregiver training, with collaboration across SLP, OT, PT and PCP teams. Georgia license and liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia OT license required.
• Liability insurance required.
• Experience with dementia and Parkinson’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and establish treatment interventions in accordance with Georgia Occupational Therapy Association.
• Accurately implement treatment interventions following the OT plan of care established in the evaluation.
• Complete Progress Notes and Re-assessments to monitor patient response to treatment plan every 10 visits or sooner as appropriate.
• Complete Home Safety Evaluation and offer necessary recommendations for home modification for fall prevention.
• Complete patient and caregiver training sessions to promote functional independence and prevent falls.
• Communicate with the clinical team including SLP, OT, PT and PCP.
