Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health in Georgia. This full-time role focuses on evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions for home-based patients referred by a physician.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and unrestricted state license.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a U.S. OT entry level education.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, document and report patient progress using required documents and technology.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and manage the plan of care.
• Complete timely documentation (OASIS, SOC/Admissions, recertifications, ABNs, visits).
• Maintain compliance with regulations and agency guidelines.
