UnitedHealth Group seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence, safety and improved quality of life. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and agency policies.

Responsibilities include managing all OT service delivery under approved plans, ensuring care addresses identified problems, timely documentation, and supervising home health

Competenze

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Current license to practice OT in the state of assignment.
• Eligible to take or already completed NBCOT certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ years OT experience preferred; otherwise regional leadership approval + mentoring may be required.
• Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide OT services under physician-approved plan of care.
• Address all problems identified in assessments in the plan or document rationale if not addressed.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aides when RN is not active in the case.
• Other duties as assigned.
