Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence and safety while improving quality of life. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized plans.

Responsibilities include delivering services under an approved plan, ensuring care quality, timely documentation, and supervising home health aides when the RN is not active.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of occupational therapy experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• State OT license.
• ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• NBCOT eligibility.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses problems identified in assessment.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Other duties as assigned.
