Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a results-oriented Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch logistics, inventory, and service delivery of home medical equipment. You will lead a team, coordinate with providers, and ensure timely, safe patient deliveries.

You will partner with regional leadership, manage regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA basics), and hire/train staff. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving to improve patient experience.

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and lead the logistics team to meet delivery goals.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and ensure timely, clinically safe patient deliveries.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and improve patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and HIPAA privacy requirements.
• Provide hiring, onboarding and ongoing staff coaching and feedback.
