Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead branch operations, ensuring the timely distribution of home medical equipment and services. You will coordinate with leadership, health systems, and referral sources to enhance patient care and outcomes.

You will manage inventory, supervise staff, and implement process improvements while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ leadership experience in HME or healthcare operations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of equipment and services.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coordination with regional leadership and partners.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to meet restocking protocols.
• Address service concerns and analyze trends to improve patient experience.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety protocols; ensure regulatory adherence.
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff; set goals and manage performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and referral sources to optimize patient care.
• Lead on-call coverage and maintenance activities as required.
