Job summary

AdaptHealth in Houston, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead the branch-wide logistics, inventory, and delivery of home medical equipment and services to patients’ homes. You will guide staff, coordinate with clinicians and partners, and ensure on-time, safe and compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations ensuring on-time, compliant service delivery.
• Manage logistics team providing daily direction and communication to staff.
• Control inventory at the branch level; place purchase orders per restocking protocol.
• Address service concerns and identify trends for improvement.
• Maintain rapport with ordering physicians and referral sources; communicate changes in patient condition.
• Assure HIPAA compliance and safety procedures; support on-call requirements.
