Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an office operations professional to support all office functions, ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately. You will assist leadership to ensure employees are supported and guided to the correct resources, contributing to daily operations.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic technology skills, a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic technology skills including use of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver's license in the state of residence.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• 1 year of home health or hospice office experience preferred.
• Six months in medical records in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• Fluent English with strong oral and written communication.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
• In-office attendance essential for supervision and teamwork.
