Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. is seeking an organized office administrator to support daily operations and assist leadership in guiding staff to the right resources. This role helps ensure timely tasks and smooth workflows within the home health and hospice environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic technology skills, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with Homecare Homebase is a plus, with in-office attendance required to meet team objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic technology skills including use of a mobile device.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Experience in a home health or hospice setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all office operations to ensure timely and accurate tasks.
• Assist leadership to guide staff to the correct resources.
• Cover roles as needed to maintain daily office functions.
