Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patients' daily living and work-related skills and develop retraining programs with measurable objectives.
• Administer and interpret functional assessments to determine patient function levels in home settings.
• Provide therapy to improve/restore strength, coordination, range of motion and functional abilities.
• Document patient status, progress and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to update plans of care and discharge planning.
