Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patients' daily living/work-related skills and develop retraining programs with measurable objectives.
• Confer with physicians and health care team to develop/revise the Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic treatment to improve/restore strength, range of motion and function.
• Document patient status and progress; ensure orders are implemented.
• Supervise OT aides and communicate patient progress to care management staff.
