Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and screen patients' daily living/work-related skills and develop retraining programs with measurable objectives.
• Provide therapeutic treatment to improve/restore strength, coordination, ROM, and function.
• Document patient care observations, interventions and evaluations accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and revise plans of care.
• Design community reintegration activities and educate patients, families, and staff.
