PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Jourdanton, TX. You will work in patients' homes, focusing on restoring mobility and independence while promoting overall wellness with tailored interventions.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating treatment plans, educating families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and progress monitoring at every visit.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of evidence‑based treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques for independence.
