Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to empower patients in Hondo, TX. You will deliver goal-oriented OT services in clients' homes, focusing on independence and functional recovery through evaluation, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Requirements include an active TX OT license, liability insurance, and a graduate degree in OT. Prior home health experience is preferred and you will work closely with families to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas (TX).
• Professional liability insurance specific to Texas OT practice.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of current OT treatment methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing and maintaining daily living and work skills.
• Deliver client-centered home health OT interventions in the patient’s home.
• Document care and track progress toward treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support independence.
• Educate clients on adaptive strategies and equipment use.
