Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in East San Antonio, TX. You will work with patients in their homes to restore mobility and independence, providing evidence-based interventions and family education.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and ongoing assessment of progress to tailor care plans. A Texas OT license and liability insurance are required, with prior home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas is required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
