Amedisys, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality home health OT services under physician-approved plans of care.

You will assess, treat, and document patient progress in a home-care setting. The role offers a competitive salary range of $113k–$126k annually with a strong benefits package, paid time off, telehealth options, wellness rewards, and a company 401(k) match.

Competenze

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible to take, or has completed, the NBCOT exam.
• One year related OT experience; regional leadership approval and mentoring if <1 year.
• CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Deliver occupational therapy services per physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems or documents rationale if not addressed.
• Maintain safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when the RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
