Amedisys is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist in Pleasant Hill, CA to provide OT services in a home health setting. You will deliver care per physician-approved plans, ensure safety and effectiveness, and complete documentation with accuracy.

A valid California OT license, ACOTE-accredited degree, NBCOT eligibility, and CPR certification are required, with at least one year of related OT experience. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, PTO, and access to comprehensive medical plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current OT license for the assigned state (California).
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program; NBCOT exam eligible or passed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver occupational therapy services per physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan addresses identified problems and documents rationale when not addressed.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when RN not active in case.
