Amedisys is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home health OT services across assigned regions. You will work under a physician-approved plan of care, ensuring thorough assessment-based plans and accurate documentation.

Required are an ACOTE-accredited OT program, NBCOT certification, a current state license, and CPR certification, with at least one year of OT experience and strong communication throughout the care team.

Formación

• Licensed occupational therapist in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program; NBCOT cert valid.
• Compliant with CPR certification and clinical documentation.
• At least 1 year of OT experience and ability to mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver OT services per physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems and document rationale.
• Assure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when RN not active in case.
