CareRing Health, LLC seeks a professional Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy in Virginia, ensuring compliance with licensure and agency policies. The role focuses on advancing client function through assessment, treatment planning, and coordination with the care team.

You will work with clients and families to enhance self-care, mobility, and independence, while documenting progress and maintaining regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Holds a current Occupational Therapy License in Virginia.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with current licensure.
• One-year clinical experience; home health experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess clients using age-appropriate norms and development.
• Develop plans of care with client, supervisor, and physician approval.
• Identify unmet needs and refer to appropriate disciplines.
• Educate client and caregiver to improve self-care.
• Deliver home health OT services as prescribed and evaluate function.
• Document progress per agency policies.
• Train and supervise OTAs and HH Aides.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
