Job summary

Avid Health at Home in Supply, NC is seeking a Home Care Supervising RN to lead clinical operations and supervise RNs, LPNs, HHAs, and CNAs across our home-based care programs.

The role emphasizes adherence to state and federal regulations, development of individualized care plans, staff training, and ongoing quality improvement while expanding the branch through strong referral partnerships and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, HHAs, and CNAs employed by the agency.
• Ensure staff provide patient care that meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee client assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate care delivery to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of services.
• Conduct supervisory visits at 30-, 60-, and 90-day intervals after hire and provide coaching and training.
