1+ year of home health experience is required; Home Health (HCHB) experience preferred.

Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in New Braunfels, TX.

On-Call/Weekend: Yes, on a rotation

Coverage areas include a 60-mile radius around New Braunfels

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $52-$54

* Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

Assess patient needs and deliver appropriate nursing care in the home health setting.

Complete accurate and timely patient documentation and follow-up.

Requirements:

Years of experience: 1+

Skills/Specialties/Technology: Home Health experience preferred; HCHB experience preferred
